14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us at polinsh_jewelry@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your item becomes defective, damaged, or experiences unusual wear within 100 days of purchase under normal use, please contact us. We’re happy to offer a replacement or a full refund.

Simply send your order number and a few clear photos to polinsh_jewelry@outlook.com ,and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.
We reserve the right to decline the guarantee if damage goes beyond reasonable wear.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
