1. Do you offer international shipping?

2. How long does shipping take?

We need 5 business days to process your order. 📦
After that, shipping usually takes 7–14 business days.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. 📧
You can use this number to follow your package under the “More” tab on our website. 🚚

4. Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes! We offer:

  • Custom sizes

  • Custom zircon colors
    Simply leave your request in the order notes.
    Please allow an additional 3–5 days for processing.

5. What type and size of pearls do you use?

We use only high-quality natural seawater pearls, carefully hand-selected for their natural luster and shape.
Most pearls range between 8–8.5 mm.

6. Do you offer gift packaging or branded packaging?

Yes! We currently offer branded packaging. 🌙✨
We’re also in the process of upgrading to fully custom brand packaging.

7. Are your products nickel-free or allergy-safe?

Unfortunately, our jewelry is not guaranteed to be nickel-free. 😔
Due to the nature of manufacturing, some pieces may be produced in facilities that handle nickel or use stainless steel.
These details are included in our Terms & Conditions, so please review them before purchasing. 💡

8. My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your package seems delayed or lost, don’t worry! 🚧

9. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

A Note From Our Studio

As a growing small business, Polinsh Jewelry does not produce mass-manufactured pieces. Our materials are natural and may have unique natural characteristics, and all pieces are handcrafted — slight handmade marks are normal.

Each pearl is individually hand-polished 360°, paired with hand-set zircon stones, ensuring every piece feels thoughtful and truly one-of-a-kind.
